We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and request that you call the office in advance for an appointment between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We make every effort to honor all time commitments, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.

Since emergencies are often a part of the doctors' day, we will try to contact you if we must postpone or cancel your appointment for that day, and will reschedule the appointment at the earliest time available.
